The Daily Bread Class is a 5 hour class where we go start to finish on home flour milling, making real whole grain bread, covering whole grain education and including a question and answer time.
This is a bulk baking instructional for busy families using commercial yeast to learn an efficient way to bake all of their fresh, whole grain breads in just 6-9 hours a month. Each student is hands-on with the dough and learns dough reading as well as whole grain variety uses.
A recipe and a loaf of fresh milled, whole grain bread is made and goes home with each student.
Once a student has completed a class at Bluebird Homestead, they now have a lifelong mentor by their side- I will guide, answer questions and troubleshoot with you as you walk your own bread journey.
Pricing:
The Daily Bread Class is $95/adult, and $45 per additional household member
Young Children:
Due to the length and focus of this class, it is not recommended for children under the age of 5

Class Availability:
Once enough class registrations are received (minimum size is 6 adults, or 4 household pairs) then we can move forward with that class date. Once a class date has filled up, it will be removed from the list of available classes posted here.
Classes are located in Fountain Inn, South Carolina - right near Cedar Falls Park.
