The Daily Bread Class is a 5-hour, hands-on workshop on home flour milling, whole grain bread baking, and bulk baking for busy families. Using commercial yeast, students learn to efficiently bake all their fresh, whole grain bread in just 6–9 hours per month. Each participant gains practical dough-handling skills and takes home a recipe and freshly milled loaf. Graduates receive lifelong mentorship for ongoing guidance and support.
The Whole Grain Sourdough Class is a 4.5-hour hands-on workshop covering low-maintenance sourdough starter care, fresh flour milling, and whole grain education. Students observe and practice each stage of sourdough bread making, from mixing to baking. Graduates receive lifelong mentorship for ongoing guidance and troubleshooting.
